Building scheduling expertise since 2005
IP System 3 was founded in 2005 with a clear mission: help project-centric organizations get real value from their scheduling systems.
The company was built on a foundation of deep Primavera expertise — not just the software, but the methodology. Our team's experience traces back to 1990, starting with hands-on project controls, ADM and PDM logic, delay claims, and time impact analysis. That practical foundation led to roles as a Primavera Authorized Representative, working directly with Primavera Systems on P3, SureTrak, Expedition, Contract Manager, and P6.
Over two decades, IP System 3 has trained thousands of scheduling professionals across corporate training programs, industry workshops, and academic settings including Rutgers University and Drexel University. We've provided CPM scheduling services on projects ranging from commercial developments to large-scale infrastructure programs.
